I am a tech for Tyco Integrated Security. The client has DS Control Point. They keep getting the error message, "DS Control Point has stopped working". Then "A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly". Then it closes the application. They are running version 7.3.54. Can you tell me what is causing this and a fix if possible?

These errors are usually caused by file corruption, registry errors and anything that might interfere with the program's functionality. I would recommend re-installing the application as this will fix all the mentioned problems related to program's functionality.
